“Fear is your best friend or your worst enemy. It’s like fire. If you can control it, it can cook for you; it can heat your house. If you can’t control it, it will burn everything around you and destroy you. If you can control your fear, it makes you more alert, like a deer coming across the lawn.”
just tried on an old pair of jeans, turns out they fit like jeggings #shutupandsquat
During cardio this morning I managed to damage my hip again, an old rugby injury. Hopefully it won’t hinder my training, which is only just getting back to it’s best.
Morning cardio followed by a lush meal to re-fuel. Legs in an hour or so. Then rugby training tonight.
Decided today whilst doing cardio and reading an article by Evan Centopani that its best to do cardio in the morning, and not also after training, and instead to head home and eat a decent muscle building meal. Avoid breaking down any muscle mass after a workout. but my morning session will be upped to around 45 minutes. Cant wait for the results to follow!
